Win the tailgate, win the game
It was a Friday night. The weather was frigid and windy. There were innumerable reasons not to tailgate. But these are Army men, known for their perseverance.
The Tailgaters of the Week are Tommy, Tom, Rich, and co., who decided that the best way to brave the elements was with warm chili, crisp IPAs, and plentiful hand warmers.
Honorable mention to Rich #2, who went all-out with steaks, lobster, and bacon mashed potatoes as a nod to the import of this conference championship showdown.
Some folks just know how championships are won. Win the tailgate, win the game. And the boys on the field held up their end, bringing West Point its first AAC Championship.
