They gave me everything but a car
How do you tailgate in 38-degree rainy weather for a noon kickoff?
Hard. Always tailgate hard.
At Boston College, they braved the elements — tailgating in parking garages, around upperclassmen living quarters called Mods, under precariously secured tents, and always with the ubiquitous carton of hot Dunkin coffee.
But the Tailgater of the Week award goes to Matt, Bobby, Mark, and all the great people at McGovern Auto Group, who plied me with steak tips, hot (and hard) cider, local IPAs, and good times. They were such down-to-earth folks that I didn’t even realize until I was in the stadium that I had been tailgating with “The Official Automotive Group of Boston College Athletics.” They even gave away a Ford Bronco to one lucky fan during the game.

So if you’re looking for a new vehicle in MA, NH, or NY, check out McGovern Auto Group. If they do business the way they treat random out-of-town tailgaters, you’ll be in good hands.
